Everything You Need to Know

We operate Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. A half-day is 4 hours and a full-day is 8 hours within those hours. Tell us your start time and we'll have the room set and ready.

The room is prepared to your chosen layout and equipment tested before you arrive, so you can start on time. If you need extra set-up time, mention it when booking and we'll arrange access.

Yes. Our team is on site during opening hours to handle questions and any technical issues straight away.

The 585 sq ft room seats up to 20 delegates in theatre layout, around 14-16 in classroom, and 12-15 in boardroom or U-shape. See our room specifications page for the full breakdown.

A presentation TV with HDMI, a whiteboard, business-grade WiFi and unlimited tea and coffee are included in every package. Flipcharts are available on request.

Yes. The room is on the ground floor with step-free, wheelchair-accessible access. See our directions and accessibility page for full details.

Yes, free on-site parking for every delegate, with no permits or charges. The Gold package adds 2 reserved spaces by the entrance.

Unlimited tea and coffee is included in all packages. Silver adds biscuits and Gold adds bottled water. A buffet lunch can be added for an additional cost, quoted on request.

Yes, you're welcome to bring your own refreshments or arrange external catering. Let us know in advance so we can set the room up accordingly.

Bookings are confirmed with a deposit paid by secure card payment (Stripe), with the balance invoiced. Prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added at the standard UK rate.

Cancellation terms are set out in your booking confirmation and our terms and conditions. Contact us as early as possible if your plans change and we'll do what we can to help, including rescheduling.
