Booking & Payment
Q: How do I confirm my booking?
A: Once you submit the form, you’ll receive a confirmation email. To confirm, sign the hire agreement and pay the 25% deposit. Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of both.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept bank transfer, credit/debit card, and official Purchase Orders (PO). Payment details will be provided in your booking confirmation email.
Q: How long are provisional bookings held?
A: Provisional bookings are held for 3 days. If confirmation and payment aren’t received, the booking may be released.

Q: Is parking available?
A: Yes! All packages include free parking. Gold package includes 2 reserved parking spaces.
Q: What is the room size and capacity?
A: The meeting room is 585 sq. ft and accommodates up to 20 people for workshops/meetings, or 15 people for hands-on activities. Package pricing is based on 15 attendees.
Modifications & Cancellations
Q: Can I change my booking date or time?
A: Yes, you may reschedule up to 5 days before your start time (subject to availability). Rescheduling within 3 days may incur a 25% fee. One reschedule per booking permitted.
Q: What’s your cancellation policy?
A: 30+ days notice: 100% refund or credit
